Buck Grove’s annual street party, the Buck Grove Bust, returns for another outing this Saturday.

“It’s a fun time,” said Ronda Bissen, one of the organizers of the event

The event begins with a poker run at noon. The entry fee is $15 per driver/rider.

Cash prizes, based on the number of entries, will be given for the best and worst poker hands.

More entrants will mean bigger prizes, Bissen said.

Due to a number of vehicle cancellations, the usual car show won’t take place this year.

Food and drinks will be available starting at 4 p.m.

A free bounce house will be set up for kids.

“Danger Kitty,” of Harlan, is the featured band and will play from 7 p.m. to midnight.

The event’s popular fireworks show will begin at 10 p.m.

“We have a good show,” Bissen said. “The band we had last year said they loved coming back up for the fireworks.”

Camping is available at the Buck Grove Park for out-of-towners.
