Four subjects were arrested in two drug operations conducted by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday in Schleswig.
In the first operation, Zachery Ryan Fries, 27, of Kiron, and Karen Yamilet Melara, 30, of Denison, were arrested.
Fries was charged with delivery of five grams or more of methamphetamine, a Class B felony, and Melara was charged with conspiracy to deliver five grams or more of methamphetamine, also a Class B felony.
A little while later the second drug operation was conducted. Brice Edward Shrimpton, 29, of Carroll, and Dawson Gage Hansen, 20, of Manilla, were arrested.
Shrimpton was charged with possession to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine, a Class B felony, and Hansen was charged with conspiracy to delivery more than five grams of methamphetamine, also a Class B felony.
All four subjects were booked into the Crawford County Jail and remain in jail with no bond set.
It should be noted that the charges are allegations and the subjects are presumed innocent until or unless found guilty in a court of law.
