At 1:41 p.m. on February 14, Marcia Parker of Logan reported someone got her debit card information and used it at Circle K in Arizona.


At 53 p.m. on February 11, William Daniel O’Neill, 45, of Lawton, driver of a gray 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche was southbound on Highway 59 in Denison. The weather conditions were snowing and blowing snow. O’Neill stated he got off to the right of the road and his tire caught the lip of the highway. He overcorrected, causing the back end of his vehicle to cross the centerline and collide with the front driver’s side of a blue 2010 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Gina Louise Schwanke, 23, of Manilla. Schwanke’s vehicle ended up in the west ditch with a lot of disabling damage. O’Neill’s vehicle was driven away with function damage. Schwanke’s vehicle was left in the ditch until the next morning after a private tow was arranged. There was $2,400 damage to O’Neill’s vehicle and $7,500 to Schwanke’s vehicle.

At 3:39 p.m. on February 14, in the Fareway parking lot, Denison, there was a report of a verbal dispute. Jose Recinos was opening his car door as Charles Elam was parking his vehicle. Recinos’ door struck Elam’s car above the rear passenger side tire. The two exchanged insurance information. Recinos’ door matched up with the damage to Elam’s vehicle.
