At 1:30 a.m. on June 27, Curtis Ray Donaldson, 31, of Denison, was arrested for interference with official acts.

At noon on June 27, Randall Dwight Davis, 50, of Denison, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

At 5 p.m. on June 29, a warrant was served on Duane Folsom, 56.

At 10:38 p.m. on June 29, numerous citations were issued at a Minor in Possession party in Dow City.

At 2:10 a.m. on June 29, Lewis Prescott Jr. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Highway 30 near the former county home east of Arion.


At 9:35 p.m. on June 29, a dog was reported in a house at 112 South Boyer Street in Dow City. The dog was caught with a catch pole and taken to the pound.


At 2:42 p.m. on June 26, Eloy Jimenez-Lara, 70, of Denison, driver of a white 2008 Toyota Rav4, and Koen Jordan-Lee Miller, 14, of Denison, driver of a green 1991 Deere tractor, were both traveling north on Highway 39. Miller was turning onto Vernon Voss Road when Lara attempted to pass him and struck the rear left tire of the tractor. Miller stated that he had his turn signal on before making the turn onto Vernon Voss Road. There was front-end damage of approximately $5,000 to the Lara vehicle. Both parties in Lara’s vehicle were transported to Crawford County Memorial Hospital for treatment of possible injuries. Lara was issued a citation for passing near an intersection. Miller’s tractor received $3,000 in damage.

At 7:09 p.m. on June 28, Ethan Williams, of Earling, reported that his vehicle was sideswiped by a small red car just inside Denison city limits on Highway 59. The car did not stop and the only damage to Williams’ vehicle was a broken mirror.
