At 3:34 a.m. on May 17, Rafael Limon-Mora, 54, of Denison was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license is under suspension and OWI.
At 2 a.m. on May 8, Jeffery John Stephens Jr., 21, of Dow City, driver of a white 2000 Ford Ranger pickup traveling west on Pearl Street in Dow City, stated that he was adjusting the car vehicle radio and hit a parked silver 2007 Chevrolet K2500 pickup, owned by Thomas Brink of Dow City. There was $3,000 damage to Stephens pickup and $3,500 damage to Brink’s pickup. Stephens was cited for failure to maintain control.
At 6:19 p.m. on May 18, Marta Julia Salvin, 56, of Denison, driver of a red 2011 Toyota Tundra was traveling west on Broadway in Denison, stated she was distracted looking at the house on the south, then she went off the road, hitting the mailbox at 2406 Broadway. There was minor damage to the passenger side, head light and bumper of her vehicle. The mailbox, valued at $500 was broken into pieces. Salvin was cited for failure to maintain control. There was $1,500 damage to Salvin’s vehicle.
At 12:17 a.m. on May 20, there was a report of a side by side rollover in Vail. Tanner Hagge, 23, was charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain control.
