Arrests

At 7:17 p.m. on October 26, Jessica Cayetano was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver less than five grams of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia on a Crawford County warrant.

At 5:39 p.m. on October 26, Grant Matthew Fineran, 38, of Denison was arrested for 3rd degree harassment.

At 2:06 a.m. on October 28, Jose Adolfo Medina Cerda, 26, of Denison was arrested for assault.

At 12:58 a.m. on October 28, Maribel Guzman, 38, of Denison was arrested for 3rd degree harassment.

At 2:06 a.m. on October 28, Joel Guzman, 37, of Denison was arrested for public intoxication.

Accidents

At 4:42 p.m. on October 25, an accident with injuries was reported. A vehicle was attempting to pass and had to slow down and return to its lane; the driver lost control and rolled the vehicle.

At 6:20 p.m. on October 26, Joan Lee Nobbe, 73, of Ute, driver of a red 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and Kristina Marie Dotzler, 34, of Harlan, driver of a silver 2015 Chevrolet Cruze were both simultaneously backing south out of a parking stall at Walmart in Denison when both vehicles struck each other. Nobbe’s vehicle sustained approximately $1,000 damage to the rear passenger side quarter panel and Dotzler’s vehicle sustained $1,000 damage to its front driver side quarter panel. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were able to be driven away.

At 12:09 p.m. on October 27, Roger Wayne Kruse, 64, of Denison, driver of a white 2015 Lincoln MKT stated that he was traveling northbound on South Main Loop in Denison and struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported and Kruse left the scene of the accident.

Vandalism, Miscellaneous

On October 25, vandalism was reported to have happened on 330th Street in Vail sometime over the last two weeks. Unknown subject(s) kicked in a barn door at a residence on 330th Street. Nothing is known to be missing from the barn at this time.

At 4:56 p.m. on October 26, a fake $100 bill marked with “for motion picture use only” was found near a garage in Deloit.
