The Boyer Valley girls placed sixth and Ar-We-Va 10th at the Spartan Track and Field Invitational on Tuesday at Onawa.
BV tallied 42 points as a team, while Ar-We-Va finished with 14 points on the night.
Odebolt-Arthur/BC-IG claimed the team championship with 142 points.
Logan-Magnola was second with 111 points.
Marie Hanigan had the top individual finish for BV, placing second in the 800-meter run in a time of two minutes, 46.37 seconds.
BV’s 4x800 and distance medley relay teams ran second.
The 4x800 foursome of Hanigan, Paige Ringenberg, Abby Burkhart and Kylie Petersen ran 11:26.65, while the distance medley squad of Sydney Klein, Leah Cooper, Burkhart and Petersen turned in a time of 5:03.26.
Klein placed third in the 100-meter hurdles in 18.12. Petersen wound up fifth in the 1,500-meter run in 5:47.96.
Senior Emily Hinners paced Ar-We-Va on Tuesday, as she placed second overall in the shot put (34-3 1/2) and fourth in the discus (97-1).
Hannah Kraus ran sixth in the 200-meter dash (29.24).
The Rockets 4x200 relay team of Kraus, Sara Schurke, Jordan Hanson and Jadeyn Smith placed sixth in 2:06.40.
