The IKM-Manning boys and girls competed at the Tri-Center Cross Country Invitational on Tuesday at Neola.
On the boys’ side, IKM-Manning tallied 55 points and placed fourth overall in the final team standings.
Sergeant Bluff-Luton won the boys’ team title with 26 points. Tri-Center was second to the Warriors with 33 points.
On the girls’ side, IKM-Manning ran with three girls.
Logan-Magnolia was your team champion with 31 points. Sergeant Bluff-Luton was a close second with 23 points.
Quentin Dreyer led the IKM-Manning boys, placing sixth overall out of 97 runners in a time of 17 minutes, 48 seconds.
Dylan Blake of Maple Valley/A-O/CO-U claimed the individual title in 16:45.
Adam Gruhn ran 17th in 18:40.
He was followed by Connor Keller (23rd, 19:01), Tanner Spoelstra (24th, 19:07), Timothy Conner (40th, 20:06), Caden Keller (54th, 21:19), Joel McLaws (55th, 21:23), Haven Reese (62nd, 21:42), Nathan Johnson (79th, 24:23), Brody Blom (88th, 26:35) and Zander Nielsen (89th, 26:48).
For the IKM-Manning girls, Morgan Hansen and Kate Sutton finished 18th and 19th, respectively, in times of 23:02 and 23:03.
Kaitlynn Spoelstra finished 63rd for the Wolves in 27:11.
Peyton Pogge of Tri-Center bettered the field of 84 runners with a winning time of 18:48.
