The Ar-We-Va boys posted a 14-run first inning on Wednesday night, as the Rockets cruised to a 19-1 Rolling Valley Conference baseball victory in four innings over Glidden-Ralston at Glidden.
It was the second win in a row for Ar-We-Va, which moved to 2-1 in the RVC and 3-2 overall.
The Rockets plated one run in the second and four more in the third to make it 19-0 before G-R scored its lone run in the last of the third.
Dalton Ehlers went 2-for-3 with three runs batted in and two runs scored for Ar-We-Va.
Cooper Kock also was 2-for-3 with a triple, one RBI and three runs.
Will Ragaller finished 1-for-2 with two RBIs and one run. Keegan Simons went 1-for-3 with two RBIs and three runs scored for the winners.
Henry Segebart earned the pitching win, as he gave up the one run on only three hits with five strikeouts and one walk.
