The 2019 cross country state-qualifying assignments were released on Wednesday by the Iowa High School Athletic Association and Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union.
The meets will take place on Thursday, October 24, at five sites in each of the four classes and begin at 4 p.m.
The top three teams and top 15 individuals at each site will qualify for the state meet set to take place on Saturday, November 2, at the Lakeside Municipal Golf Course at Fort Dodge.
The Denison-Schleswig girls and boys will compete in Class 3A action at Atlantic.
In Class 1A, the Boyer Valley girls and boys will compete at Holstein, while the IKM-Manning squads will be in action at Mount Ayr.
